Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YouTube Copilot (youtubecopilot.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Service Description
YouTube Copilot is a YouTube channel intelligence tool that analyzes publicly available YouTube data to estimate monetization status, earnings ranges, and channel metrics. The service fetches publicly visible channel and video pages — the same data any browser visitor can see — and applies statistical models to produce confidence-based estimates.
No Affiliation with YouTube or Google
YouTube Copilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc. in any way. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC. All YouTube data referenced by this service is publicly available information.
Data Accuracy and Limitations
All results produced by YouTube Copilot are statistical estimates derived from publicly observable signals, not official YouTube data. Specifically:
- Monetization verdicts are probability-based confidence estimates, not confirmed statuses
- Earnings estimates are ranges based on niche RPM data and view trajectories — actual earnings may differ significantly
- Signal detection depends on what YouTube publicly exposes; hidden features (e.g., disabled Join button) may reduce accuracy
- Channel data is a point-in-time snapshot; monetization status can change at any time
We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Do not make financial or business decisions based solely on data from this service.
Rate Limiting
To ensure fair access and protect our infrastructure, API requests are limited to 10 requests per IP address per 60-second window. Exceeding this limit returns a 429 status code with a Retry-After: 60 header. Rate limit thresholds may be adjusted at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the service beyond normal browser usage without permission
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass rate limiting mechanisms
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially repackage data obtained from this service
- Use the service for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent YouTube Copilot estimates as official YouTube data
Intellectual Property
The YouTube Copilot name, branding, scoring model, and website design are the intellectual property of YouTube Copilot. YouTube data, trademarks, and content belong to Google LLC and their respective creators. This service does not claim ownership of any YouTube content.
Free and Paid Tiers
The core monetization check and earnings estimate are currently free. We may introduce paid plans (Pro, Ultra, Agency) with additional features in the future. Paid plan billing will be handled via Stripe. Pricing and feature availability are subject to change with notice.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
